Its our 21st Birthday!

Note for your diary: the 2008 event will take place Sunday 12th October 10.00

Welcome to the Givaudan10K and Children’s Fun Runs organised by Ashford Athletic Club and sponsored by Givaudan in association with Ashford International Hotel and County Square.

Most of the information you’ll read here relates to the 2007 event, but we will leave this in place as we will not launch the 2008 event until the summer and hopefully the key elements (route, location etc) will remained unchanged.

However, you will now be able to download a full set of race results and enjoy a selection of pictures from this year’s event.

We would like to thank the huge team of people who have made this year’s event such a success. Firstly, our sponsors for their contribution and support. Ashford’s Police and Highways Agency for helping to ensure the race took place in the first place, Roger Casement for superb traffic management and the Julie Rose Stadium staff for all their help.

There are many people who gave up their spare time to: stand patiently marshalling, hand out water and medals, safely store your baggage, main the car parks and 101 roles that help things run smoothly, to them we owe a huge thank you.

We hope you enjoyed this year’s race and look forward to seeing you again in 2008.
